I was dreading the hunt for storage in Brooklyn but Urban Stash made it painless. Their new Williamsburg location is convenient for us, and I was surprised by the price considering the location. I like not having a key to lose since everything is done by my phone. Highly recommend.

I don’t review often but felt I needed to after seeing this spot. I checked out extra space storage in Brooklyn before going with Urban Stash and ended up being much happier with my choice. Better price, more modern facility, and the customer service is genuinely helpful. I had a question about upgrading my unit size and they walked me through everything quickly. I forget the guys name who helped me but he rocked and was really funny. Really good experience all around. Highly recommended!

If you need storage in Brooklyn then you need Urban Stash on Grand Street. I moved here from a larger chain and the difference in experience is night and day. Cheaper too. The unit I got was bigger than what I had before at a lower monthly rate. I referred two people from my building and they both signed up.

At this point, I am giving my review on Urban Stash, for their customer service personnel. They have been AMAZING! I am in the UK, looking for a place to leave my luggage, safely in NYC, for a month, whilst making the most of my retirement adventure! URBAN STASH are perfectly placed and priced, perfect. Customer service has got straight back to me, with questions I have, and helped me to ensure every thing is in place. I can’t wait to leave my review once I have been for my 1st time to New York! Storage in Brooklyn does not get much better than Urban Stash. The Williamsburg location is easy to get to, well-lit, and I never worry about my stuff. Great place, great people.

I've found self storage in Manhattan is usually either overpriced or sketchy. Urban Stash is neither, so far. Their East Village spot is clean, secure, and the team is actually responsive when you have a question. Worth every dollar. We use this for some freelance work, and needed a place to store equipment close to where the work is being done in the neighborhood. This checked every box. The access hours are great, I can get in from my phone and I never feel rushed.

I looked at several manhattan storage units before settling on Urban Stash and it was the right call. The facility feels new, the staff is friendly, and the pricing structure is actually straightforward. Rare in NYC. Highly recommend.

Urban Stash is my new go-to for storage in Manhattan. I manage a nearby business and needed a place to store some supplies and inventory. They had me set up quickly, the pricing is fair compared to what I'm used to, and I can get in and out on my own schedule without any issues since it's so close by. Really solid operation.

I searched for storage units in Manhattan for weeks before finding Urban Stash right on Avenue B, which I was surprised about because it's close to us. Honestly wish I had found them sooner. Finding self storage in the East Village on short notice was not somethign I thought was possible until I found this. For me, it was the cleanliness, easy access on my phone, and the team's responsiveness to my questions. I'm glad we found this place. We needed somewhere close to our apartment to store some small furniture and Urban Stash was perfect. The entire process was online and we were able to get in on short notice. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Let me tell you what just changed my life in New York…. Finally a freaking storage experience where I don’t have to deal with thefts, have anxiety of locking and safety, and having to deal with someone that barely wants to wake up to work and open on time. This is the future people! I have so many investment projects in New York with staging and moving and guess what!!!! This is the answer? URBAN STASH THE FUTURE! Finally someone that cares about the people created this perfect storage experience and I am bowing down to the owners. Thank you a million times will definitely be my go to storage forever in New York.
