Self storage in Williamsburg at Urban Stash has been exactly what I needed. Clean, secure, and the mobile access means I never have to stress about getting in. My partner and I share a unit here to store stuff from our old apartment. Works perfectly. Excellent service.

I was looking for storage in Manhattan for a while, and I’m so happy I finally found this new, clean facility! The move-in process was really easy, and is super convenient. It’s open from 6 a.m. to midnight, which works perfectly for my small business. Highly recommend!

Urban Stash is great. I am really glad I chose them instead of Manhattan Mini Storage. The Ave. B location is very convenient. It's clean and well lit. They provide the locking mechanism and I feel very secure about my items. I feel like I got a good amount of space for my money. Customer service is readily available. Everyone I have communicated with has been very nice and polite.

I was dreading the hunt for storage in Brooklyn but Urban Stash made it painless. Their new Williamsburg location is convenient for us, and I was surprised by the price considering the location. I like not having a key to lose since everything is done by my phone. Highly recommend.

I don’t review often but felt I needed to after seeing this spot. I checked out extra space storage in Brooklyn before going with Urban Stash and ended up being much happier with my choice. Better price, more modern facility, and the customer service is genuinely helpful. I had a question about upgrading my unit size and they walked me through everything quickly. I forget the guys name who helped me but he rocked and was really funny. Really good experience all around. Highly recommended!

If you need storage in Brooklyn then you need Urban Stash on Grand Street. I moved here from a larger chain and the difference in experience is night and day. Cheaper too. The unit I got was bigger than what I had before at a lower monthly rate. I referred two people from my building and they both signed up.

At this point, I am giving my review on Urban Stash, for their customer service personnel. They have been AMAZING! I am in the UK, looking for a place to leave my luggage, safely in NYC, for a month, whilst making the most of my retirement adventure! URBAN STASH are perfectly placed and priced, perfect. Customer service has got straight back to me, with questions I have, and helped me to ensure every thing is in place. I can’t wait to leave my review once I have been for my 1st time to New York! Storage in Brooklyn does not get much better than Urban Stash. The Williamsburg location is easy to get to, well-lit, and I never worry about my stuff. Great place, great people.

Let me tell you what just changed my life in New York…. Finally a freaking storage experience where I don’t have to deal with thefts, have anxiety of locking and safety, and having to deal with someone that barely wants to wake up to work and open on time. This is the future people! I have so many investment projects in New York with staging and moving and guess what!!!! This is the answer? URBAN STASH THE FUTURE! Finally someone that cares about the people created this perfect storage experience and I am bowing down to the owners. Thank you a million times will definitely be my go to storage forever in New York.
