Had a great experience! I just graduated college and used Urban Stash to store my things over the summer before I started my full time job. The team was incredibly responsive on email/whats app (within seconds or at the most minutes). I was a bit skeptical about the full autonomous check in and unlocking process but it worked seamlessly through the app. I went with the medium size storage but think I could have squeezed into the small (have very little furniture). TLDR: very easy and stress free!

Let me tell you what just changed my life in New York…. Finally a freaking storage experience where I don’t have to deal with thefts, have anxiety of locking and safety, and having to deal with someone that barely wants to wake up to work and open on time. This is the future people! I have so many investment projects in New York with staging and moving and guess what!!!! This is the answer? URBAN STASH THE FUTURE! Finally someone that cares about the people created this perfect storage experience and I am bowing down to the owners.
